High temperature centrifugal fan is a professional equipment used to transport high-temperature gases. It is suitable for transporting weakly corrosive and unnatural gases with a dust content and hard particle concentration of no more than 150mg from 250 ℃ to 950 ℃/m³Generally used for gas discharge in various heating furnaces. The W9-19 high-temperature fan is designed to overcome the phenomenon of insufficient suction force and positive pressure in the furnace caused by the addition of dust removal equipment and waste heat utilization equipment to the boiler, which affects the combustion and normal operation of the boiler. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, flat performance curve, and wide high-efficiency range. A dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed before the induced draft fan to reduce the dust content of the incoming flue gas and improve the service life of the fan. Those with comparable intake conditions and suitable performance can be selected. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 250 ° C.

There are currently many industrial boiler series, and the quality of coal used varies greatly. The resistance of the dust collector and economizer used varies, and the required air volume and pressure of the induced draft fan differ greatly. Considering the economy and adaptability of the fan, in addition to the direct coupling transmission of the (D type) coupling, a V-belt (C type) transmission is also used, which can meet the requirements of dust collectors and economizers of the same tonnage boiler configuration type with different speeds for one machine number.

(3) The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. Both "left" and "right" can be made into three angles: 0 °, 90 °, and 180 °.

The fan is composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group and other components, and is equipped with regulating door.

(1) Impeller: There are 16 forward curved blades made of 16Mn material. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.

(2) Shell: Welded into a snail shaped shell with steel plates as a whole. There is a dust cleaning door on the snail plate to facilitate the removal of dust accumulation at the blade and inside the casing, ensuring the balance and aerodynamic performance of the impeller.

(3) Air inlet: Made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed with bolts and front cover plate.

(4) Transmission group: composed of main shaft, bearing box, pulley, etc. The spindle is made of high-quality steel and the bearing housing has an overall structure. Using rolling bearings, the rolling bearings are lubricated with bearing grease.
